“Debbie Holzkamp from HDS Premier Consulting pulled off a digital sales training program that far exceeded all my expectations. The program was completely customized and versioned for each media team in Nielsen Business Media. We produce more than 50 different Nielsen Business Media brands. The training program included three parts:
1) Digital product Capability Review and samples of all the digital elements available within our specific brand titles, how to use campaign tracking tools to optimize advertiser results, and the audience value proposition for each digital product;
2) Customer Case Studies highlighting effective digital campaigns that met a branding campaign or direct response campaign customer need;
3) Sales Skill Training that included probing customers- agency and direct customers for strategy, and digital advertising needs, and each seller developing and presenting proposals using the probing information.
